Brae Villa has everything you may need during your holiday.
You will have a huge fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, dining room, living room, enormous main bedroom upstairs, 4 generous bedrooms downstairs and another bed in the TV room, modern bathrooms on each level and 2 huge verandas.
The home is fully equipped, linen and towels are provided and your pets are welcome.
You are right on the lake and water views are exceptional.
You are allowed to park max 3 cars on the driveway. If you have more cars, they have to be parked in the street.

The access to Brae Villa is quite steep, please keep in mind when booking, refer to our photos. Contact our host Alexandra if you need to address this further.
Alexandra, your host will be in touch with you before your stay. She will meet you on arrival, show you around, give you the keys and answer all your questions. If she is not available, keys will be left for you in a key security box, details given prior to your stay.

- Extend your weekend getaway and book on a Wednesday or Thursday, you will receive these 2 nights at a reduced rate.
Brae Villa accommodates a maximum of 10 GUESTS. Children 2 years and older are considered guests and need to be included in this total number. Babies under 2years are not included - a maximum of 2 babies and 2 pets are welcome.
Please note: There is an extra guest fee over 8 guests as the bed in the 2nd tv room is set up (fold down double bed).
Pet Levy is also required for Pets.

November 2024We had an amazing stay at Brae Villa, it was the perfect place to catch up with our group of friends. There was plenty of space for us all to spread out and to enjoy the weekend. The house was very well presented, and lawns freshly mown. The house was well equipped for our catering needs which made the stay so much easier. The views from the back balconies are very beautiful! The well prepared house handbook has very useful local information. Alex was very accommodating and welcoming, responding to our requests and queries very quickly. Thank you so much for your hospitality in hosting us, we all had a great time.

August 2024This home is situated in the most peaceful setting, surrounded by trees with lake views. The balconies have comfortable furniture for family barbecues or simply relaxing and soaking up the stunning views. The kitchen is complete with every possible utensil, including complimentary coffee, tea & milk. This was our second stay and we would highly recommend this beautiful home.

June 2024This is a great place to stay for a few days if you're a big family with lots of people. It is greatly located right on the lake with amazing lake views if you are in those bedrooms facing the lake. It has a couple of nice terraces where people can hangout as outdoor spaces for relaxing or gathering activities. The host is a great person who communicated with us all the time and provided a clear instruction for arriving and the checkin process. We are very happy with the stay and highly recommend them.

April 2024Alex's home by the lake was absolutely beautiful. The house is spacious and inviting, and had plenty of room for our large family for the long weekend. She was very kind and responsive ahead of and during check-in, which was seamless and easy. The home has uninterrupted views of the lake and is surrounded by beautiful Australian trees. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with the essentials and clean as a whistle. There's plenty of bedding options and seating throughout the home. The back deck is the perfect place for afternoon drinks and snacks as you watch the sun set over the lake. We absolutely loved our family getaway and would definitely return for another dose of R&R. January 2024View spectacular. Very peaceful place. Steep walk down to house, very steep to go down to water if you have a kayak to launch. Very pleasant and responsive host. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

January 2024We had a lovely week at Alex's beautiful home. It was exactly as described, and Alex was super helpful and responsive to texts. The house itself is spacious and comfortable for our family group of 8 and 2 dogs. We all had room to be together and to also have our own space. The kitchen was well equipped for family meals in. We were able to make most of the lake and local beaches, and we also completed our PADI dive course in Forster. Alex was also very helpful with recommendations. We highly recommend Alex as a host, her house and location are hard to beat.

Alex was a great host - clear communication before and during our stay, and managed to make the place look immaculate inside and out despite high winds blowing trees, leaves, etc. down throughout the area. November 2022Alex was an extremely friendly and helpful host who was very responsive and easy to reach. The location of the house was a private and peaceful area that had a lovely view of the lake with some great sunsets. As it is surrounded by nature, there were a few bugs/moths that got into the house at night, so make sure to close the doors and windows before it gets dark. But at the same time, this nature aspect of the house made it all the more beautiful with colourful birds coming by the house. Very beautiful house and location. Would go back again sometime!
