A Spacious Oasis
With high ceilings, exposed beams, abundant natural light, this spacious fully airconditioned home is perfect for families and friends. The property features:
Upstairs:
Bed 1: Master with ensuite
Lounge room with Smart TV, balcony, pool table and designated office desk with monitor
Downstairs:
Bed 2: Queen Bed
Bed 3: Double Bed
Bed 4: Two single beds
Split bathroom: Shower and bath, seperate WC and basin
Open plan kitchen, dining and living area (no TV downstairs), outdoor entertaining courtyard with table/chairs and BBQ, outside fire pitt, seperate laundry

Spend your days exploring the stunning surrounds of Smiths Lake and Beaches or simply relaxing in the property's outdoor areas. Enjoy the convenience of split-level living, offering plenty of space to unwind.
Kayaks for your enjoyment, including life jackets.
Our kayak fleet includes a double kayak, kids' kayak and two single kayaks, plus added wheels to our larger kayaks for easier transportation.
Details of where to take kayaks are given on day of arrival.
Please be respectful of our neighbours. This is a quiet residential street.
The following rules apply to pets:
Wet, sandy or dirty dogs are not allowed into the house.
No dogs are allowed on the furniture or carpeted areas.
Please bag and dispose of pet waste appropriately
Alexandra, your host will be in touch with you before your stay. She will meet you on arrival, show you around, give you front door access code and answer all your questions.
If she is not available, the door code is given to you prior to your stay.
Once entering the property guests agree that use of aquatic equipment is at their own risk and the owners are not liable if the said equipment breaks down or causes harm to guests.

November 2024Myself and my partner had a very relaxing week at Alex's place. The proximity to the lake and having access to kayaks really made it special. The pool table upstairs also made it fun! The place was clean and quiet, just what we needed after a hectic few months. Alex was easy to communicate with and she provided information clearly and when needed. Recommend.

July 2024Alex is a very thoughtful host. The Pelican house definitely offered more than what we expected. For example, there are strawberries, milk and ice cubes in the fridge ready for use. There are washing powder, clothespins and laundry basket in the laundry. Kitchen appliances and cookwares are all in good quality and condition. Alex has been very responsive to our questions before and after checking in. The beds and linens are clean and comfortable. The pool table and Kayaks offered plenty of fun time for kids and us. We've had a very nice time in the Pelican House.

It was the perfect place for our family to relax, even with the rain all weekend we felt right at home and the views of the lake make it extra special. Would definitely recommend for a weekend away. We loved being able to bring our doggies along with us!

January 2024Stunning property in a gorgeous location. Having the lake access across the road was great but also meant we could see the water all day long. A quick drive into all the amazing beaches of Pacific Palms. Possibly the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever stayed at. Felt really homely - loved it!!!

June 2023Brilliant house and location right next to the stunning Smiths Lakes. Sunsets are magic and super close to nearby seal rocks and blueys beach/ boomerang beach. House is well equipped and perfect for families - we had a great time here and communication with Alex was super easy and stress free. Highly recommend
