3 By The Sea is located in the peaceful southern end of Blueys Beach directly across from the white sand and surf, the perfect place to relax with friends or family. A 10-minute walk to the Palms Shops where you will find a convenience store, bottle shop & deli, cafes, pizza bar, boutique stores, surf shop, natural health centre and a post office.

The space

The home is a convenient single level 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, 1 with a combustion fire place other main living with Smart TV, laundry with washing machine and dryer, outdoor covered private deck.

Cooling sea breezes in the Summer and the sound of waves crashing from your bedroom will make for a very peaceful beach stay.

The private backyard has gorgeous views of the green hills with grazing cows, the undercover area has a comfortable day bed, outdoor setting, BBQ and stacked wood for the cooler months.

Generous sleeping arrangements for 11 consist of main bedroom with queen, ensuite & ceiling fan, second bedroom with queen and ceiling fan, third bedroom with double and fourth bedroom has 1 single and 1 tri bunk with ceiling fan.

The kitchen has everything you might need to prepare gourmet meals for those times you are not visiting the nearby cafes, restaurants and clubs.

We will consider small dogs upon request – under 10 kgs, pet rules apply and let levy to be applied.

The neighbourhood

Please be respectful of our neighbours. This is a quiet residential street.

House rules

The following rules apply to pets:
Wet, sandy or dirty dogs are not allowed into the house.
No dogs are allowed on the furniture or carpeted areas.
Please bag and dispose of pet waste appropriately

Guest access

Alexandra, your host will be in touch with you before your stay. She will meet you on arrival, show you around, give you the keys and answer all your questions. If she is not available, keys will be left for you in a key security box, details given prior to your stay.

Other things to note

3 By the sea is situated at the start of a residential cul-de-sac with a private drive and off-street parking.

WIFI is available in the home, linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.

We provide hand soaps, body wash, shampoo & conditioner, coffee, tea, milk, basic pantry condiments, dishwashing tablets and laundry liquid.

Our group had an amazing stay at Alex’s place, right across the road from South Bluey’s Beach, and within walking distance to a coffee each morning. The house was big enough for our entire group, and the outdoor entertaining area was perfect each evening after enjoying a beach day to watch the sunset behind the mountain, cook a family meal on the BBQ & then settle in by the outdoor firepit. We had a great time, highly recommend.

We had a wonderful weekend at Blueys. The house is perfectly located walking distance to the beach and shops. We loved relaxing in the backyard, by the fire pit or inside by the fireplace. Couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

We had three couples and a 1 year old baby staying at Alex’s and it was perfect. Ideal location to explore the beaches and all the home comforts you could need. We really enjoyed the cosy indoor fire in the evening and cooking up brekkie on the bbq and enjoying the lovely outdoor area in the morning sun. Would definitely stay again! Alex was so generous in offering flexible check in/out, providing lots of local recommendations and clear instructions on how to use everything in the house which made the whole stay very smooth and stress free.

Great spot. Really close to the beach, clean and comfortable. Only downside is that the walls are paper thin but no points deducted because most homes in australia have the same problem. Loved the fireplace area and the view to the forest.

10/10. The most family friendly place to stay in Blueys. Alex was a fantastic host always going the extra mile to accomodate us. From early check ins, to gifts on arrival and offering late check outs and very quick and positive to communicate. The house itself was perfect for us. Single level, fenced back yard adjoining the rural scenery, to literally 50 steps to the beach. For us with young kids, we couldn’t have had it any better. We felt we could actually relax! We won’t hesitate to book this again. It was a perfect Easter getaway for our family.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was the perfect size for 7 of us, and has everything you need. The location is lovely - 20 steps from the beach, and beautiful vistas from the back yard. Also very close to the shops and cafes.

Great location. Responsive host. Well appointed. Secure back yard. Some negatives - some of the beds were uncomfortable, the dishwasher didn’t work and is going to be replaced and there was no coffee plunger or machine. Overall a great stay though.

a great bungalow in a quiet cul-de-sac, tucked away in the quiet end of Blueys. stones throw from the beach. particularly loved the back deck/garden with views of the roos grazing at dusk. perfect for families.
