There are 5 bedrooms including kids bunk room, fully equipped gym, sauna, bar/games room, state of the art kitchen, multiple outdoor entertaining areas with BBQ, even a paella cooker, air-con, laundry, lift & secure parking.
The location provides numerous spots for fishing, swimming, paddle boarding, boating, surfing, water skiing activities and more importantly there are tranquil and scenic lake/beach areas in which to relax away from the crowds of city life.
If you enjoy restaurants/clubs, the café scene and nightlife there are may options within walking distance or a short 5 – 10 min drive. The two clubs in the area have a courtesy bus available as well.
Forster is just a 20 minute drive for major shopping precincts and cinemas.
Many local attractions such as Frothy Coffee Boatshed, Great Lakes Winery and art galleries are all close by.
Utopia is truly the jewel in the crown on the Barrington (Mid North) Coast and a must for your next holiday getaway in paradise.
Strictly no parties are allowed including bucks and hens parties.

No pets are permitted on the property.
Once entering the property guests agree that use of gym and aquatic equipment is at their own risk and the owners are not liable if the said equipment breaks down or causes harm to guests.
There are two paddleboards and an adult/child kayak available for your use.

April 2024We stayed over the Easter long weekend and had great time with both the house and the location. The house has good view of the lake. We enjoyed everything here, bbq on the deck, private sauna room, lift, entertainment room, pool table, gym room, table tennis table, kayaking and paddling to the sand bar (many times), fishing on the lake. Would definitely come back.

March 2024We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in smith lake. Alex made the entire process so easy and was a joy to communicate with. The house and location are fab and with the boat slip down the road it made getting on the water so easy. Even on a rainy day the house offered so much, with Sauna, Pool Table, Games room and even a Gym! Definitely a must stay.
