On the ground floor, a designated TV room ensures a space for relaxation and entertainment. An ensuite bedroom opens onto the lawn through sliding doors, providing a tranquil retreat.
Upstairs, the master bedroom awaits with awe-inspiring ocean views and its own ensuite – a sanctuary of serenity. Two additional bedrooms, both graced with ocean vistas, and two bathrooms complete this floor, offering privacy and convenience for every guest.
The crowning glory of this beach house lies in its outdoor space. Step onto the deck and immerse yourself in panoramic ocean views – a perfect setting for morning coffees, sunset cocktails, and sun-soaked relaxation. This area also offers a front-row seat for observing dolphins, whales, and the surfers catching waves.

There is driveway parking for two cars, but sorry - NO PETS.

November 2024Alex’s house on Boomerang beach was stunning and worthy of a full 5 star rating . If you are looking for a luxury accommodation with amazing sea views this is the house for you . It was perfect for our family gathering with plenty of private space but also great areas to hang out the beach , the garden , the bbq space or in the dining / lounge / tv area . All amenities were at the house , just pack your toothbrush ! The best time of day for me was watching the amazing sunrise and the sounds of waking nature surrounding the house . The beach was just a 2 min walk away with an easy path access . Lots of great local coffee shops and restaurants nearby but you will need a car to explore. Also most local restaurants are closed on a Sunday but my ‘club’ The Recky welcomes all visitors and is open 7 days a week. A great stay at Alex’s house and highly recommended to the Airbnb community ! Thanks for letting us stay . Martin , Karen , James and Chloe .
