This architecturally designed home showcases raw hardwood, sleek black timbers, and abundant natural light from oversized skylights and stacking doors. Oversized living areas invite the outside in, creating serene spaces to explore under the shade of three magnificent pine trees. The spacious layout includes two large bedrooms (featuring queen and double beds) and a versatile bunk/rumpus room with a king-single bunk and two king singles. Each of the three bedrooms features its own reverse cycle air conditioning unit, ensuring personalised climate control for your ultimate comfort, year-round.
At the heart of Barrels is a private courtyard, complete with stepping stones that lead to a picture-frame dining area overlooking a large private lawn—ideal for picnics, backyard cricket, or casual lunch parties. Picture scattered surfboards, wetsuits, and towels after a fun day at the beach, where you then unwind with cool drinks and great conversation. After a day in the sun, enjoy the convenience of two outdoor hot rain-head showers to wash off the beach.

The property itself was really cool, with a great vibe and an unbeatable location—Boomerang Beach was right across the road, and there was a restaurant just steps away. Other shops were only a short 2-minute drive or an easy 10-minute walk. Communication with our host, Alex, was fantastic, and their recommendations made the trip even better. Plenty of beds and spread out nicely (we were in a small group so the privacy of the two wings was appreciated!). Flexible late check out was just what we needed after a wedding the night before haha. Would absolutely stay here again!

The house was a great space and really social. We loved the outdoor area, particularly the fire pit and the outdoor showers. Recommend for families.
